The TOMUSS server needs only the Python/Unix environmnent to run. And the users browsers can be recent version of Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Internet Explorer. Le serveur TOMUSS nécessite seulement un environnement Python/Unix pour fonctionner. Les utilisateurs peuvent utiliser une version récente de Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Internet Explorer.
TOMUSS is a stable product, it is in use since 2008. Hundreds of teacher and thousands of student use it at the university of Lyon 1. TOMUSS est une application stable utilisée depuis 2008. Des centaines d'enseignants et des milliers d'étudiants l'utilisent actuellement à l'université Lyon 1.
If you are not afraid to see an interface in french language you can try TOMUSS on the demonstration server.

You can found more demonstrations, documentations and tutorial on the welcome page. TOMUSS source are not internationalized, there is currently no framework to do translations. But the source code and the technical documentation are in english language. Vous trouverez plus de démonstrations, documentations et cours d'utilisation sur la page d'accueil. 2.12.21.tar.bz2 2011-03-04 This release is stable. It is now possible for table managers to forbid or allow modifications on the table. There is a new interface to send mails. Before printing, tables lines or columns can be hidden. Beside these GUI changes the source code has been cleaned to make more easy the addition of new functionnalities.
2.14.4.tar.bz2 2011-05-21 Since the release of version 2.12.21, the GUI of many pages has been enhanced (such as printing, student picture and statistics pages). Some column types involving server side computations have been created, mostly for database extraction. The end user can now put a table read-only, or make it invisible to students. If user's data can not been saved on the server, it is stored in the web browser. There is now the auto completion on text input.

There is an automatic completion of column names when entering a formula.
